The Journey will gather online

to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines, The Journey is moving worship online for the foreseeable future. Worship time and ways to watch will be announced by Saturday, March 21.

Recently, the White House and CDC released guidelines limiting gatherings to no more than 10 people for at least the next two weeks. As we follow guidelines from government and healthcare officials, we are creating resources to equip you to gather as a family at home. We are also working with community leaders to understand how The Journey can help assist and serve our communities in Central Illinois.

As more information comes available, we will share it here and on our Facebook page. If you are part of The Journey and are interested in serving the community, please contact us to see how you can get involved.

As we enter this new reality, the CDC has lots of information to help you be proactive and stay healthy.

God calls us to love each other and our communities (John 13:34, Isaiah 58:6-14). So, let’s continue to be wise in caring for our families, trust that God is in control, pray for healing, and carry peace into our communities.
